The brush works really well and my cat loves the steam feature. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the power button was a bit stiff at first, but after a few days of use it loosened up nicely. The amount of fur it removes is impressive, especially around the back and belly area. Shipping took 12 days and it arrived well-packaged.
